Dear John,
This is a quick note to thank you for all your help
last Friday. Without our phone conversation, I would not have
understood, nor been able to insist that the conversion from 208V
to 480V was that easy. The first words out of the Hobart people's
mouths were, "It can't be done." Nobody lieks to deal
with problems (especially late on a Friday afternoon), but it
was imperative that I got the problem solved. As it was, the branch
in Cincinnati, had the element and I delivered it to Columbus
Saturday morning. They did get a man over there to make the conversion,
but I appreciate your willingness to come over on a Sunday morning
if they wouldn't.
Since your company, like ours, is a small company,
we both appreciate what good service is about. Sometimes large
companies do not understand the concept. I'm sure you share my
belief that customer service can make all the difference in the
world.
Again, thanks for all your help. I wish you continued
success and you'll be getting more of my support in the future.
