Dear John,
An efficient dishmachine is essential if a chemical
company is to privde its customers excellent results and low operating
costs. The rebuilt Hobart dishmachines you have provided us during
the last year including models C-44s, CRS-66s, and CRS-86s have
helped us live up to our committments to our customers.
Ellicottville Kitchen Equipment's rebuilt dishmachines
are extremely well done. The fact that you rewire your machines
assures us of trouble-free performance. The mechanical rebuilding
utilizing many stainless steel parts in place of cast iron and/or
copper also contributes to a durable machine. In addition to working
properly at the time of installation, we know that we will not
have problems long after the installation is complete. Further,
the extra effort you make to assure us that the machine looks
new by properly polishing the machine adds a lot to our customers'
perceptions that they are receiving an extra value for their dollar.
Thanks once again for assisting us with the timely
rebuilding of dishmachines for our use with our customers and
all across the United States. We are confident that the machines
rebuilt by Ellicottivlle Kitchen Equipment will give Diversey
and its customers years of trouble-free service.
Thanks once again for providing us with a quality
product.
Yours truly,
Randall Ough
