My partner Chuck Kotarski and I wanted to take the time to thank you for some of the support you have provided us on the repair of Hobart dishmachines. You always seem to have the parts we need, when we need them. This enables us to fix our customers' machines the first time, every time.

In addition, we have seen quite a few of your rebuilt Hobart dishmachines over the last five years and have to say they are better than when they were new from the factory. The upgrades you have incorporated like the stainless steel frames, the stainless steel rinse sections and central boxes really increase the life of the machines without varying from their original design. In addition, the fact that the machines are completely rewired means that they will perform with reliability for the long haul. We also find that your rebuilt C-44s, for example, are much more durable and reliable than the new A series from Hobart.
