In the past few years, we at Ponderosa Restaurants
have purchased several Hobart C-44 rebuilt commercial washers
from Ellicottville Kitchen Equipment to replace the original
Hobart C-44 machines. At one point, we were purchasing new Hobard
C-44A machines for the replacement of our C-44 machines. We have
found that the replacement machines from Ellicottville Kitchen
Equipment are a superior product for our needs. Cost. vs. new
is is less money spent, approximately 2/3 the cost of a new machine.
Dependability o fthe original and the rebuilt C-44 vs. C-44A machines
is exceptional. We at Ponderosa will continue to purchase equipment
from Ellicottville Kitchen Equipment as needed as their service
before and after the sale as well as the quality of their product
are aberrant. I highly recommend John Karassik's company for all
of our commercial needs.
