The rebuilt Hobart C-44 dishmachine you installed over three months ago at our restaurant has worked out great! Your assistance in determining the correct machine for us and your assistance during our all-night installation is very much appreciated. We didn't miss a single meal.

In addition to improving our results compared to those achieved with our two rack low ptemperature machine, we have dramatically increased our dishwashing capacity. This has been very important because of our growing volume.

I reviewed our records and was able to determine that we also reduced our chemical consumption in comparison to the usage with the high temperature rack conveyor machine we had prior to the low temperature machine. Needless to say, we are very pleased with this.

Everyone who has been in our kitchen thought we bought a brand new dishmachine. It's amazing to tsee how thoroughly your rebuilt machines are really rebuilt. Our maintenance people really like the way the machine is actually brand new, electrically. We are not at all surprised that as a result, we have not had any problems with the new machine. The Ecolab representative and his manager are also very happy with the new machine.

Once we have had a a chance to get used to our new location in Columbus, Ohio, we'd like to have you rebuild another C-44 for us.
