EKE typically rebuilds Hobart AM-14 dishmachines since these machines
already have stainless steel frames and are considered the best
in the industry.
These machines are completely disassembled and rebuilt
using new heating elements, switches, relays, contactors, solenoids,
and where necessary control boards.
All motors are rebuilt at a motor shop and the impellers
and seals are replaced.
The AM-14 is still the most reliable door type machine
in the market and an EKE rebuilt is every bit as good as a new
one!
