CONVEYOR MACHINES:

EKE's conveyor dishmachines are completely rebuilt Hobart C line classic machines.

Rebuilding starts with the complete disassembly of the core machine including the removal of the tank from the old iron frame.

A new stainless steel frame and tank supports replace the less durable iron components.

New electrical controls in stainless steel boxes

All motors used in EKE machines are rebuilt at a motor shop to ensure reliable service

Virtually all the electrical components including the control boxes, contactors, switches, thermostats, relays, as well as wires are all replaced.

Likewise, motors, pumps, gear reducers, and all other moving parts are inspected, disassembled, repaired, or replaced.

In fact, all motors are rebuilt at a motor shop to ensure reliable performance.

All rebuilt machines are upgraded to include door safety switches and stainless steel cradles, wash arm collars, and final rinse ections.

The addition of a stainless steel final rinse section allows the end user to run EKE rebuilt machines as a chemical sanitizing machine if desired.

Options like auto start and auto fill are available based on customer need.
