The remanufactured Hobart CPW-100 dishmachine which you rebuilt and installed for us approximately six months ago has more than met our expectations. For this reason, I am more than pleased to write this letter of recommendation.

The Hotel Syracuse was experiencing major problems with our flight dishmachine in the main kitchen. You surveyed our operation and helped us understand our options concerning the repair or replacement of this machine. Consideration included results, work flow, operating costs, as well as capital costs. We selected the rebuilt Hobart CPW-100 with steam tank heat because we felt it was a better value than a new dishmachine. I personaly like the fact that the entire electrical side of the machine was brand new, and that you used so many new stainless steel parts. This machine will provide many years of service to the hotel.

The installation of the machine was a difficult project because all equipment had to be moved using our small 7 ft. elevator. This meant that the old machine had to be completely dismantled in order to be removed, and that the new machine had to be assembled on site. Neither of these problems slowed you down as you had the old machine out and the new machine in place overnight. Your assistance in helping us complete the installation was very helpful indeed, since you understood the complete installation including tabling modification, electric, plumbing, as well as the installation of the rebuilt steam booster.

We have no used the machine for approximately six months and have been pleased with its results, its operation and its durability. I am confident in the long term performance of this machine because of the detail you took in its manufacturing. Thanks again.
